This fall I was able to participate in a class with Salemi Ceramics. A natural glaze making course, using wild clay and ash that was foraged from farms and land of Western Sicily. Adele Williams taught us how to collect and process these natural ingredients. It was a fabulous time, met life long friends along the way. And don't even get me started with the food and wine! If you have the opportunity to take a course, do it.
